How to use from overseas.

The process is the same as for our domestic customers. We'll guide you through every step in English by email.

🌍For overseas orders,our pickup service is not available.International shipping costs (both ways) are the customer's responsibility.Everything else follows the same process as domestic orders.

Order & register

Click "Order now" to create an account and place your order. Select your cleaning course and describe your item in the notes field. Overseas addresses are accepted.

Ship to our factory

Send your item by international post or courier (prepaid) to our Yamanashi factory. The shipping address is shown after ordering.Pickup and cash-on-delivery are not available.

Inspection

On arrival, each item is inspected individually using our cleaning record card, and we contact you with the final price. We may suggest additional repair or stain treatment if needed.

Cleaning

Our 12 licensed cleaning craftsmen clean each item one by one. Every brand and fabric type is handled by a specialist who knows exactly how to care for it.

Return shipping

Standard turnaround:19 business daysfrom arrival. Rush orders available in3 business days(contact us in advance). Returned by international tracked shipping (cost is yours).

We accept credit cards only (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express). International cards are welcome. Payment is taken at the time we ship your item back — no upfront payment is required.
We can generally accept items from any country or region reachable by international post or courier. Some countries may have shipping restrictions — please contact us first if you are unsure.
Shipping costs both ways are the customer's responsibility. As a rough guide, items under 5 kg cost approximately ¥5,000 one-way to China and ¥10,000 one-way to the USA. Transit time is typically 4–7 days. Please confirm exact rates with your preferred carrier before shipping.
Cleaning itself takes approximately 2 weeks. Adding transit time both ways (around 4 days each), the total is roughly 3 weeks from the day you ship. If you are visiting Japan and bringing your item in person, rush orders from 2 business days are available — please contact us in advance.
Yes — English correspondence is available by email. Phone support is currently in Japanese only. Please use the contact form or email us directly.
Items containing batteries or electronic components, severely deteriorated materials, and certain specialist fabrics may not be possible. Please send us photos first and we will confirm whether we can help. If we are unable to proceed after receiving the item, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
